Chris believes great hospitality starts with teamwork, not titles. As a leader, he prioritizes collaboration, mentorship, and talent development, seeing himself as part of the team rather than just the boss. His approach is rooted in strong interpersonal connections, compassionate leadership, and a keen financial acumen—ensuring that every aspect of an operation runs at its best.
As Vice President of Operations, Chris oversees a portfolio of dynamic food and beverage outlets west of the Rocky Mountains. He thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the industry, where success depends on a million little things working together in harmony. His guiding mantra? “Every Second Counts.” First heard on The Bear and now tattooed on his forearm, it’s a constant reminder that complacency has no place in hospitality.
Chris’s journey started as a server, working his way through UCLA. One bold ask for a manager role set his career in motion, and he never looked back. Outside of work, he finds balance near any body of water, traveling and dining out with his partner, and staying closely connected with his two adult children—who call him every day. A former collegiate championship volleyball player, he brings that same competitive spirit and team-first mentality to every aspect of his work.
