Damion Severin

Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” As a confident and capable leader, it’s a motto that Damion has taken to heart at the office and in life.

In his role as the Vice President of Operations of Finance Damion supports our property and home office operations teams with all aspects of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash management, along with planning, analyzing and optimizing property-level performance.

Damion started his career in hospitality as a restaurant dishwasher at 16, and found his way back to the industry after college. Damion lives in Denver with his family, and one of his bucket list items is to attend a game at every MLB stadium with his sons.
