As our Vice President of Business Development with Sage Investments, Gavin works with the growth team to seek out and secure new business opportunities for the company with a particular focus on independent properties. From deal underwriting and HMA negotiation, Gavin actively expands his skillset with his hands-on approach.
Gavin is lucky enough to call the charming city of Charleston, SC his home. Like many at Sage, he loves to travel, and his favorite destination is Greece.
