Heather Ann Urban

A tenured leader with Sage, Heather Ann has spent her career helping people feel cared for, valued and inspired.

Heather Ann is our Senior Regional Director of People & Culture, and she works closely with our corporate office to implement People & Culture plans and policies that support our companywide "You Belong” culture. She coaches and mentors regional directors, partners with general managers and leaders to offer strategic direction, handles above-property concerns and ensures compliance with labor laws. Since joining us nearly 20 years ago, she has been an integral part of the people & culture experience for our associates across the portfolio.
