Jill believes that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life, and she’s channeled her passion into cultivating a company culture where everyone can feel welcome. As the Senior Corporate Director of People & Culture, Jill provides HR support to our associates of the Sage Home Office, helps with national People & Culture programs and leads the associate onboarding process for all new properties transitioning into the Sage portfolio.  

Since joining us in 2015, her engaging, eager leadership style has enriched the lives of her coworkers over countless interactions. Growing steadily from her early days as our Divisional People Resources Director to directing our People & Culture team on the regional and corporate levels, Jill has become an integral part of who we are and how we treat each other. The intersection of hospitality and human resources has been central to her career. Before working with Sage, Jill was an Area People & Culture Manager at Kimpton Hotels and Human Resources Manager for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. 

She’s a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. In her spare time, Jill volunteers with the First Friends program at the African Community Center (ACC) in Denver.
