Driven by a love for human connection and meaningful experiences, Kim is a lifelong hotelier who leads with kindness and a sense of humor. She is passionate about mentoring and developing leaders within the organization, which has earned her recognition within Sage as Mentor of the Year.
As Vice President, Kim is responsible for the strategic operational oversight of a group of fully independent and branded lifestyle hotels within our portfolio. She lends her creativity and independent operational experience to our Curator Hotel & Resort Collection partnership and also oversees the transition of new properties into the Sage portfolio.
Originally from the Midwest, Kim is an avid traveler and has been lucky enough to visit some of the most incredible locations around the globe.
