In her role as Vice President of sales and Marketing Operations for the Upscale Collection Kristen provides strategic sales and marketing support for a diverse portfolio of select and full-service hotels, she also oversees our best-in-class task force team, as well as supports our entire portfolio’s group sales and training needs.
Kristen is based in the Chicago area. Outside of work, sheserves on the board of ImaBridge Africa, a non-profit organization that provides charitable services in the areas of health and wellness, education, clean water, and entrepreneurial development.
