Nathan Ayres

In his approach to leadership and life, Nathan believes it’s not the mistakes that we make that define us, it’s how we fix them that does.  

In his role with SRC, Nathan upholds the pillars of hospitality that have shaped his career — providing the skills, support and tools for his teams to succeed; giving guests high-quality care and creating memorable experiences and acting as a steward of our business by making decisions in the best interest of our stakeholders.  

While his favorite travel destination is his hometown of Clearfield, PA his dream is to take an African safari.  A Pennsylvania native, Nathan lives in Philadelphia with his growing family and is a lifelong Steelers fan.
