Sade believes that when we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too. She’s channeled that passion into creating community, structure and support for her world-class sales teams. In her role as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations, she strategically manages and supports the Sage Independent Hotel Collection, maximizing revenue across all channels, sales and marketing efforts, identifying challenges and corrective actions, providing thoughtful analytics and identifying opportunities to maximize market share and revenue. Exceeding expectations with each new challenge, she successfully transitioned five properties within her first six months of joining our team. 

Since her first bellman position at age 18, Sade has thrived in high-paced hospitality environments. As the Vice President of Sales and Events for Relevant Hospitality and the Director of Sales and Marketing for Proper Hospitality, she drastically boosted annual revenue, developed creative programming events, led marketing campaigns and managed large teams across vast portfolios. She has also served as the Associate Director of Sales for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Account Director, Business Travel for W Hotel.

Sade graduated from Howard University with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing. She loves to give back to her Los Angeles community by volunteering with local nonprofit Tree People and organizing events to donate prom and formal wear to students in need.
