We wanted to nod to turn-of-the-century soda fountain culture while leaning hard into the “craft” of craft cocktails. And that’s what we did when we created the brand for Poka Lola — crafted an experience that welcomes friends into the intersections of discovery and comfort. An alleyway bar beckons when the weather is beautiful, knowledgeable staff create surprise treats for patrons, and it all sits in the award-winning Dairy Block micro-district.
