The Emporium - An American Brasserie

The first iteration of this brand we were thrilled to create, The Emporium is a classic American brasserie that trades in approachable hospitality and facilitating energizing community space. A menu that hones in on high-quality, and regionally sourced ingredients offers simple, yet refined, crowd-pleasing dishes. Diners walk through a wine display to select the perfect bottle, aided by knowledgeable staff, in a space intentionally designed to feel like a bustling marketplace. The Emporium as a brand was created to invoke community gathering, a hub, a place to return to over and over.
