Sage Hospitality Group is doubling down on its commitment to Denver and the Bay Area, announcing two new hotel management partnerships with Park Hotels & Resorts in these key markets. These additions cement Sage’s growing presence and underscore its dedication to enriching the hospitality landscape in both cities.
In Denver, Sage has assumed management of the Hilton Denver City Center. This 613-room landmark hotel in the heart of downtown Denver becomes the 18th property in Sage’s Denver portfolio, joining renowned hotels like The Crawford, The Maven, and Hotel Teatro. The Hilton Denver City Center offers guests convenient access to Larimer Square and the 16th Street Mall, along with 35,000 square feet of meeting space. Sage Restaurant Concepts will oversee the hotel’s restaurant, Prospect's Urban Kitchen and Bar, showcasing local ingredients and Colorado craft beers.
Sage has also partnered with Park Hotels & Resorts in the Bay Area, adding the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf San Francisco to its portfolio. The Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf, with its 316 modern rooms and suites, becomes Sage’s fifth property in San Francisco, further solidifying its presence in the region. Located in the bustling Fisherman’s Wharf, the hotel offers easy access to popular attractions like Ghirardelli Square and Chinatown. Sage Restaurant Concepts will also manage the hotel’s two restaurants, Brick & Beam and The Wardroom.
“We are honored to expand our partnership with Park Hotels & Resorts and manage the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf on their behalf,” said Daniel del Olmo, President of Sage Hospitality Group. “Over the last few years we have grown our presence in the Bay Area considerably, and we look forward to enriching lives, one experience at a time while delivering inspiring results.”
