Daniel del Olmo

Daniel, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of global hospitality experience, brings an abundance of creativity, passion and dedication to his role as a servant leader, overseeing both our hotel and restaurant companies.  

Daniel wholeheartedly embodies Sage's purpose of Enriching Lives, One Experience at a Time and leads one of the industry’s most talented, celebrated and engaged teams with nearly 6,500 associates nationwide. 

Guided by the profound wisdom of poet Maya Angelou, he embraces the belief that “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” 

Born and raised in Belgium in an Italian-Spanish household, Daniel speaks six languages including Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, and Portuguese. He enjoys indoor cycling, yoga, and travel to off-the-beaten-path destinations and plays a few musical instruments now and then. With more time, he would play in a band, get on stage and compose a song or two again.  

He resides in Denver with his wife, Monique, and their young daughter, Nina Valentina and mini Bernedoodle, Chupito.
