These Additional Provisions supplement the Sage Hospitality Group Privacy Policy and are applicable to residents of the state of California as set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended, and including all related regulations, the “CCPA”). All the defined terms in the Policy apply to this supplement too.
Disclosure, Sale and Sharing of Personal Information During Previous Year
We have disclosed, shared, or sold the following categories of Personal Information with and/or to the following categories of third-parties during the previous year.
Under the CCPA, a “sale” means disclosing Personal Information for any benefit, including data analysis, and “share” means disclosing Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. When we disclose Personal Information within the context of our business relationships with third-parties, including to fulfill your requests for Services, and that disclosure does not qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under CCPA, we say we have “disclosed” it.
