David Grossman

Understanding the high stakes of creating memorable, delicious experiences at restaurants and hotels, David works by the motto, “One Band, One Sound” As the Vice President, Operations for SRC, he oversees the restaurants, coffee shops and bars for all of our properties in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota and Georgia. David supports our food and beverage general managers and directors day-to-day operations, financials, activations and all things edible. 

David has been the Director or General Manager of multiple restaurant concepts and hospitality groups, including Frasca Food and Wine, Prima Nashville, Neighborhood Dining Group, Eureka! Restaurant Group, Hillstone Restaurant Group and Fam Hospitality Group. 

A Cornell University alum, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration. David loves to travel to Italy, specifically Cinque Terre, and hopes to one day own a home there.
