Erica Endorf

Erica Endorf leads with a collaborative spirit, bringing people together to solve challenges, spark ideas, and move work forward with intention. She believes the best outcomes come from thinking things through as a team, where creativity and practicality meet to drive meaningful results.

As Regional Director of Operations, Erica focuses on strengthening property performance while keeping the guest experience at the center of every decision. She partners closely with on-property leaders to navigate complexity, develop talent, and create environments where both teams and hotels can thrive.

Erica rejoined Sage in 2025, having previously spent more than a decade with the company in progressive leadership roles. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Hilton Greenville with Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and prior to that led AC Hotel Portland Downtown with Sage. Her career in hospitality began at a beachfront property in South Florida, where she started as a reservationist and quickly discovered a passion for the industry and the people within it.

She is known for her optimistic outlook and steady energy, grounded in the belief that positive things happen to positive people. That mindset shapes how she shows up for her teams and the way she approaches each opportunity.

Outside of work, Erica finds the most meaning in time with her husband and twin daughters, and being outdoors whenever she can.
