As Vice President of Operations Finance, Fran plays a key role in simplifying processes, improving performance, and driving results across the Sage portfolio. With a strong understanding of hotel operations and a passion for problem-solving, he helps teams work smarter and more efficiently. His approach is rooted in excellence, collaboration, and a deep respect for the people he works with—guided by the Golden Rule.

Fran’s love for hospitality started early, inspired by a childhood filled with family travels across more than 35 countries. That global exposure led him to pursue a degree in Hotel Management and ultimately a career that blends strategic thinking with service-minded leadership. Outside of work, Fran finds joy and balance through travel, adventure, and quality time with his family. He also practices martial arts, which keeps him focused, grounded, and disciplined—qualities that mirror his approach to leadership and life.
