In his role as Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Jason leads with a clear understanding of how commercial disciplines connect across the business. He brings experience across a wide range of asset classes, from branded to independent hotels and from full service to luxury, helping teams unlock performance through smart, integrated strategy. His work is rooted in partnership, ensuring that revenue, sales, and operations move forward as one.
Jason’s career began in operations at the front desk, where early exposure to revenue management sparked his interest in the commercial side of hospitality. That foundation shaped a career that has steadily grown in scope and impact, including leadership roles with HHM Hotels and Sage Hospitality. Across each step, he has developed a reputation for building strong teams and developing future leaders within the industry.
He is especially passionate about mentoring emerging talent and creating environments where people can learn, contribute, and grow together.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring new places and perspectives through travel, and spending time with his family. You’ll often find him on the sidelines cheering on his son at a game, fully embracing the moments that matter most.
