Jennifer Boyce-Heller is a thoughtful, high-integrity leader who believes strong systems and strong teams go hand in hand. She approaches her work by connecting the big picture to day-to-day execution, always keeping people at the center of every decision.

As Vice President of Property and Investment Accounting, Jennifer leads with a focus on building scalable processes that support both performance and long-term growth. She partners closely with teams across the organization, as well as owners and investors, to ensure financial strategies are clear, aligned, and built to deliver results.

Jennifer brings a diverse background that blends real estate finance, data governance, and hospitality. Before joining Sage in 2019, she held roles with Jacobs Engineering and Credere Group, where she developed a strong foundation in financial systems and data strategy. Her career in hospitality began early at the University of Denver, where she worked in conferencing, gaining hands-on experience across operations and guest service.

She is driven by the people she works with and the opportunity to build something meaningful together. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, exploring great hotels and dining destinations, and experiencing local culture. Whether it is live music or a new place to discover, she is always ready for the next adventure.
