A proactive and results-driven leader, Justin has built his career in the restaurant industry, combining his business acumen with a passion for creating incredible guest experiences. As the Chief Operating Officer for Sage Restaurant Concepts, he oversees all operational aspects of a diverse portfolio, including more than 50 restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues nationwide.

With extensive experience in independent lifestyle restaurants, a strong financial background, and a guest-first approach, Justin leads over 1,200 associates in the mission to enrich lives, one experience at a time. Beyond achieving operational excellence, he is dedicated to talent development, helping associates reach their professional goals.

A native of New York State, Justin’s journey in hospitality began as a short-order cook at a local spot in his hometown of Pittsford, and the rest is history. Inspired by Kurt Vonnegut Jr.’s quote, “Enjoy the little things in life for one day you’ll look back and realize they were the big things.” Justin enjoys spending quality time with his family and three dogs, traveling, and staying fit through running, hiking and rowing.
