As Vice President of Operations, Matthew oversees Sage’s luxury collection—bringing a deep understanding of high-end service and a competitive spirit to everything he does. He’s known for his strength in problem-solving and his commitment to elevating both the guest and associate experience. For him, success means crafting exceptional moments every single day.
Matthew’s hospitality journey began on the slopes as a PSIA Level 1 ski instructor, where he first discovered the power of personal connection and service. That experience sparked a passion for hospitality that continues to drive him today.
Outside of work, Matthew’s greatest joy comes from time with his wife of 15 years and their three children—his most meaningful and enduring adventure.
