McGregor Square

Developed by Denver Rockies owner Dick Monfort and his partners, McGregor Square, located in Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo) next to Coors Field, is a mixed-use development and an homage and love letter to our Colorado home. With the Rally Hotel, McGregor Square Residences, McGregor Square Offices, incredible restaurants, plenty of retail and an expansive food hall, it all circles a gorgeous 17,000-square-foot plaza that houses a stadium-sized LED screen. We worked closely together with the development team to bring the hotel, The Original, Call Me Pearl and Milepost Zero to life, and our team supports programming and activations in the plaza that bring thousands of locals and visitors together in the perfect rocky mountain playground.
