At Sage Hospitality Group, we believe that hospitality thrives when leadership reflects the diversity of our teams and the communities we serve. This commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace has earned us a place on Newsweek’s list of Greatest Workplaces for Women in 2025—a recognition that underscores the impact of the remarkable women across our company.

With 54% of our managers and above identifying as women, and 52.7% of all promotions in the last year earned by women, we are proud to be an organization where women lead with creativity, passion, and strength. Women also represent 52.3% of our total workforce, shaping our teams, elevating hospitality, and making a lasting impact across our portfolio.

This recognition from Newsweek is a reflection of the culture we strive to build every day—one where all associates feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. From leadership development programs to community-focused initiatives, we are dedicated to creating opportunities that help women at Sage thrive.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day on March 8, we also recognize the teams across our portfolio that are uplifting women in their communities. The Logan’s 4th annual Sister Sunday market on March 9 will spotlight women-owned businesses, while Hotel Teatro’s female winemaker series highlights the contributions of women in the wine industry.

This month is not just about celebration—it is a time for reflection, progress, and action. By championing women’s leadership, fostering growth, and recognizing the contributions of those who inspire us, we move closer to a more equitable future for all.

We are honored to receive this recognition from Newsweek and remain committed to ensuring that Sage is a place where all can thrive.
