The Ann Savannah, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy ­ – Savannah’s first apartment-style hotel – opened its doors this month. Located within the vibrant Savannah Historic District, Sage Hospitality is managing the hotel and restaurant at the all-suite boutique hotel offers an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration. As a city celebrated for its rich heritage, dynamic culture, and status as a premier travel destination, Savannah is an ideal setting for the first mainland U.S. location of Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy.

 The Ann Savannah offers 157 premium suites designed for every lifestyle. These apartment-style units range from refined studio suites to expansive four-bedroom lofts. Each suite is equipped to provide a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for families, groups, and solo travelers. The property seamlessly blends traditional elements with a modern touch, welcoming guests to feel right at home with premium amenities such as full-sized kitchens, in-room laundry, and pet-friendly living spaces. The Ann’s design delivers modern comforts inspired by Savannah’s historic architecture. The heavy timber building is the first of its kind in the Southeast and has been recognized for its sustainable construction. Natural wood beams, columns, and ceilings infuse warmth and character throughout the property.

The Ann’s onsite restaurant, Little James, will be opening this spring as a welcoming space for guests to gather and enjoy an all-day dining experience with a Mediterranean-inspired menu.
